Refund Policy
If you must cancel for any reason please notify us via email at vivian@segmentfault.com. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received 14 days prior to the first day of the event and may take up to 14 days to process. Please note that all refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee. You can cancel or modify your registration from your confirmation email.
Photo & Video Release
I hereby consent to the photographing of myself and the recording of my voice and the use of these photographs and/or recordings singularly or in conjunction with other photographs and/or recordings for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes for the organizer of the conference. I understand that the term “photograph” as used herein encompasses both still photographs and motion picture footage.
